1. Do we have to understand the game of football or be athletic in order to participate in the team building exercises?
Answer: Absolutely not! This event is specifically geared towards everyone regardless of their athletic ability or sports background. Sure the theme is around football but the activities are designed to include all participants. As a matter of fact, one of the strengths of a great team is its capacity to leverage the unique abilities of all team members. Consider these comments from Dann Konkin (President of Ampco), “Even more amazing is that the women who didn’t even know anything about football, were ‘over the moon’ with the session.”
2. How much does the team building session cost?
Answer: The cost depends on a variety of factors i.e. the size of the group, whether tickets are required for the football game, whether a meal is included or other special add-ons. The best way to determine the cost for your group is to contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
3. What if none of the football game dates work for our group?
Answer: We can put together team building sessions that take place outside of game days. Contact us and let us know what dates interest you and we will do our best to accommodate your organization.
4. What do we wear to the event?
Answer: The team building session involves light to moderate physical activity. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and running shoes. Also bring a change of clothes for afterwards so you can freshen up.
5. Will we meet any of the BC Lions players and coaches?
Answer: Without spoiling any of the fun it is safe to say that this team building event is full of special guests and pleasant surprises.
6. What size group is best suited for the team building event?

7. Team building events can be fun but how can they improve my company’s performance?
Answer:
Team Taras focuses on fun and learning the two concepts aren’t mutually exclusive. After the on-field activities are finished the participants engage in reflection and discussion centered on how the lessons learned on the field can be brought back to the office. Also, follow-up coaching sessions can be included to further your team’s growth.
